Sala Network is currently intended for individuals and organisations operating in Thailand. Organisation accounts are issued only after a request-to-join review.
Organisation accounts are shared among an organisation's own recruiters. Each organisation is responsible for the accuracy of job listings, events, and stories posted under its account.
Job listings must represent a single, genuine role. Editing a listing to represent a different role, or posting misleading content, may result in removal or account suspension.
Standard job listings are free. Featured listings are paid and subject to availability. Fees, where applicable, are disclosed before payment.
Sala Network reviews organisation requests, job listings, events, and stories before they go live, and reserves the right to reject or remove content that violates these terms.
Sala Network is a platform connecting job seekers and organisations, and is not a party to any employment relationship formed between them.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email, CV details, and organisation information, along with basic usage data like saved jobs and applications.
We use this information to operate the platform — matching candidates with roles, letting organisations manage listings, and sending notifications you've opted into.
Candidate profile information is shared with an organisation only when you apply to one of their roles. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
We retain account information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information you share with us.
We may update this policy from time to time, and will note the date of the latest revision.
